People often ignore the benefits of water, mostly people don’t drink sufficient amount of water they require to keep their body system smooth. You need at least 8-9 glasses of fresh water daily to clean the toxic element from your body. Water gives a boost to your energy level by regulating your metabolism; especially if you are exercising daily then you should consume a little extra amount of water. You should also increase your intake of fresh fruits which has high proportion of water; it also provides you vitamins, minerals.

Build muscles

Weight lifting will help you in building muscles, which in turn will burn more calories from your body. Add weight lifting to your regular workout routine, not only it will tone up your body but also help you in reducing weight faster than any other same routine weight loss exercise. Never stick to one exercise regime; you should combine three different workout styles. For example aerobics, jogging, swimming or sports like football, lawn tennis or badminton combined with regular strength training will help you loose weight faster!
