This trick really worked for me, there was one outfit which I used to wear during my college days but after I started working things changed and I started gaining weight. I had no time to cook for myself so I end up relying upon fast food and within few months I gained lot of weight. So guys you can take out any outfit you want to wear and look at it at least once in a day, this will help you in motivating yourself.

Set realistic goals and reward yourself

Don’t push yourself to the limit where you will get mentally stressed because of not been able to achieve your goals in the planned time period. Always set short term goals like in a month I want to reduce this much, you should reward yourself once you attain your goal at the end of the month. There is no substitute of exercise

Exercise is very essential in order to burn out the extra fat. Even if you are switching over to a healthy diet and not eating any fattening stuff still you need to do regular exercise which in return will yield better results. Research shows that if you are not exercising then chances are that you can regain your lost weight very soon. Therefore exercising 5 days a week is recommended for best results. Stop making an excuse to console yourself

Planned time table

It’s always advisable to consume most of the day’s calories in the beginning of your day, this way you will be able to burn out the calories by the end of the day. Don’t eat heavy meal right before going to sleep; there should be at least a difference of 3 hours. Never sit after having a heavy meal, try to do some or the other activity to digest the food properly. Drink water after 45 minutes of having a heavy meal.

Eat 6-7 small meals

Don’t stuff yourself with one heavy meal, try having 6-7 small meals comprising of fresh fruits, vegetables which are low in calories. Switch over to boiled stuff instead f deep frying your meal. If you get hungry in between the meals then savor fresh fruits or dry fruits specially almonds or peanuts. If possible you should keep these things handy so that you don’t have to think about fast food.

Water does wonders to your body

People often ignore the benefits of water, mostly people don’t drink sufficient amount of water they require to keep their body system smooth. You need at least 8-9 glasses of fresh water daily to clean the toxic element from your body. Water gives a boost to your energy level by regulating your metabolism; especially if you are exercising daily then you should consume a little extra amount of water. You should also increase your intake of fresh fruits which has high proportion of water; it also provides you vitamins, minerals.

Build muscles

Weight lifting will help you in building muscles, which in turn will burn more calories from your body. Add weight lifting to your regular workout routine, not only it will tone up your body but also help you in reducing weight faster than any other same routine weight loss exercise. Never stick to one exercise regime; you should combine three different workout styles. For example aerobics, jogging, swimming or sports like football, lawn tennis or badminton combined with regular strength training will help you loose weight faster!
